Wellness Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced wellness manager to lead our reservations and spa team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our spa facility. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the hospitality industry, possess strong leadership and management skills, and provide exceptional customer service and create a relaxing and rejuvenating environment for our clients

Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, appointment management, and ensuring smooth flow of services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing spa environment.
- Manage inventory, including products, equipment, supplies and retail.
- Monitors guests’ needs on a continual basis, ensuring all requests will be promptly fulfilled.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
- Train and supervise spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and other support staff.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to staff.
- Balance the house and Schedule lunches for therapists at appropriate times throughout the day.
- Address staff issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Regularly review guest feedback and address concerns in a timely manner. Communicate with Senior Leaders on all comments, concerns and suggestions made by guests and staff.
- Works closely with Guest services, Food and Beverage and Events team to ensure all programs are successful including buy outs and retreats.
- Follow all department policies and procedures.
- Manage Payroll including time edits, PTO requests, commissions, service charges and gratuities.
- Manage temp labor as needed ensuring the right amount of assistance is requested for the right amount of business.
