Superintendent – Commercial Construction

We are a well-established commercial general contractor based in Atlanta, Ga., and expanding into the Jacksonville, FL market and seeking a dedicated, hardworking, and reliable Superintendent to join our growing team. We provide construction and renovation services to the healthcare, higher education, commercial office, and specialty markets.

Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and direct daily activities of subcontractors.
- Drive project schedules and coordinate efficiently with all stakeholders.
- Maintain strict quality control to ensure exceptional project outcomes.
- Enforce safety regulations, PPE compliance, and OSHA protocols on-site.
- Develop and distribute 3-week look-ahead to subcontractors and the Project Manager.
- Plan and implement effective site logistics strategies.
- Document daily progress with logs and photos using Procore .
- Coordinate and manage all building inspections , ensuring full AHCA compliance .
- Lead weekly toolbox talks to promote safety and team alignment.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site throughout all phases of construction.
- Ensure all final punch list items are completed promptly.
