What You’ll Do
You’ll serve as a dynamic team member supporting both people and platforms, including:
CRM Administration & Optimization (Tamarac CRM)

- Build and optimize workflows, reports, and dashboards, and assist in building marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the Tamarac development team and internal teams to identify and implement enhancements
- Ensure accurate data integration and seamless performance across third-party systems
- Train team members on CRM usage, best practices, and system utilization.
IT Operations & Support
- Provide front-line tech support to employees, both on-site and remote
- Set up and maintain laptops, phones (8x8), AV equipment, and conference rooms
- Coordinate employee onboarding/offboarding (checklists, system access, device configuration)
- Act as liaison to our Managed Services Provider (MSP) and other IT/security vendors
- Support compliance and cybersecurity initiatives in partnership with leadership
- Pitch in wherever needed—this is a dynamic and evolving role
Special Projects & Cross-Team Support
- Support marketing and website needs by acting as liaison with external providers
- Participate in compliance and data protection committee efforts
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and introduce better tools

- Comfortable communicating with all levels of the company and with vendors
- A natural problem-solver who enjoys improving systems and helping people
- Someone who thrives in a small team and is ready to actively contribute
Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Experience with workflow automation, report creation, and CRM integrations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance basics is a plus
Tools & Environment
