Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at JRV Home Services. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance to ensure a positive customer experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships with our clients,

Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

2. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.

3. Collaborate with sales and office teams to address client needs and enhance delivery service.

4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized systems.

5. Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.

6. Support multilingual customers by communicating effectively in their preferred language when applicable.

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 - 3 years Proven experience in customer support or a similar role within a call center environment is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software applications efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on client services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are required to better serve our diverse clientele.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure while resolving customer issues.
  • Construction experience a plus.
