1 contractor doing Nuvolo work (Nuvolo is a 3rd party application that runs on the ServiceNow platform) and the 2nd would be for the ITSM transition we're embarking now. We're looking at doing things like improving our INC/CHG workflows by integrating Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub and maybe others. Also looking at integrating our phone system 8X8. Potentially implementing Live Chat and/or Agent Assist/ChatBot.

The Nuvolo work would be around testing after the Nuvolo Upgrade, Moving Update Sets, Moving XMLs, validating data, going through skipped records, etc. Essentially a Nuvolo Admin. Nuvolo is doing a book of work and we need a direct contact on my team supporting all of this work.
