Job Description- : Techno Functional Lead

Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong background in Allegro and extensive knowledge of the North America Power and Gas business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both technical and functional aspects of Allegro, as well as the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Allegro Expertise : Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Allegro platform to configure, customize, and optimize solutions for the Power and Gas business.
• Business Analysis : Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, processes, and challenges in the Power and Gas sector.
• Solution Design : Design and implement effective technical solutions that align with business objectives, leveraging Allegro's capabilities.
• Integration : Develop and maintain integrations between Allegro and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Technical Support : Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for Allegro-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Training and Documentation : Create and deliver training materials for end-users and technical staff. Document system configurations, processes, and changes thoroughly.
• Cloud : Knowledge of AWS cloud will be a plus because the Allegro instance is running on the AWS cloud
• Team Player : Able to work in a multi-vendor environment including the offshore teams.
