Overview
As the IT Manager at JS Global, you will lead our IT department's strategic oversight and day-to-day management, ensuring the seamless operation and security of all JS Global information systems and services. This in person role includes managing IT infrastructure across all office and project locations. You will report into our COO and coordinate directly with other department heads to enhance technological capabilities that support our construction and design services.
Responsibilities
- System Integration and Management: Manage the lifecycle of technology equipment, oversee inventory, and control the deployment and recovery of IT assets across offices including effective 1st day onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Optimize key enterprise systems like Foundation, O365, SharePoint, and Azure to support operations and strategic goals.
- Security and Compliance Enforcement: Maintain the integrity and security of all IT systems, ensuring compliance with Federal construction industry standards and data security regulations. Leading the company’s compliance with NIST-800 and CMMC standards and complying with client requirements including periodic client compliance reporting. Company point of contact handling any cybersecurity events.
- Technology and Innovation Management: Continuously assess and incorporate new technologies and services to meet business development, project management and other operational needs.
- Telecommunications and Vendor Oversight: Administer telecommunications and manage vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective service agreements that align with organizational requirements.
- Resource and Project Management: Direct and coordinate IT projects, efficiently utilizing resources and managing technology acquisitions and vendor negotiations.
- IT Equipment: Oversight of all hardware and software for the company including mobile devices and smartphones.
- Team Member Support: Provides employees with all communication around all IT support tools and manages outside vendors and escalates as necessary.

- Software Proficiency: Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software, skilled in data management, report creation, and presentation execution.
Education and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in managing IT operations, and complex IT systems.
- Minimum of five years of experience in IT management and support services.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Preferred certifications for this role include Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, ITIL® Foundation, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
- Experience supporting government contractors preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
