What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Support Technicians position at JSat Automation?
JSat Automation is hiring a Maintenance Support Technicians to
provide hardware/software service support for manufacturing and QC laboratory
benchtop systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaison with front line support team to respond for
equipment’s and computerized systems support calls and request directed to
Digital Plant Benchtop and Shared Services.
- Responsible
to close the related incidents and or request tickets generated for the support
calls.
- Participate
in the resolution of deviation and or related deviations raised due to systems
situations.
- Participate
project of lifecycle management to replace end of life hardware or upgrade
software.
- Ensure
data quality of local IT assets inventory.
Requirements
• Basic computer knowledge
• GxP basic training
• EHS basic training
• Experience of supporting Windows Operating Systems and Active Directory.
• Hands on experience of troubleshooting Windows PC, Thin Client, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Effectively communicate with both technical team and non-technical team.
• Good customer service skills.
• Strong self-management skill and ability to work independently.
