Key Responsibilities
✔ Interview Coordination - Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and keep everything on track
✔ Candidate Experience - Provide timely follow-up and ensure a professional, welcoming hiring journey
✔ Job Postings & ATS - Help manage job listings and keep applicant tracking systems organized
✔ Onboarding Assistance - Support new hire processes, including pre-employment paperwork and orientation scheduling
✔ Admin Support - Assist the recruiting team with email communication, calendar management, and documentation
✔ Event Support - Help coordinate career fairs, hiring events, and other recruiting initiatives
✔ Recruiting Metrics - Track candidate activity and generate hiring reports as needed
What We're Looking For
Education: High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred
Experience: 1-3 years in an administrative role, ideally supporting HR or recruiting functions
Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication
Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with an ATS is a plus
Traits: Discreet, dependable, people-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
