JSET Automated Technologies specializes in low voltage controls and communications, more specifically installing and commissioning of mechanical and electrical building management monitoring systems on commercial or industrial projects in the Columbus area. JSET Automated Technologies is seeking an experienced Site- Superintendent . As part of this role...
What you will do...
- Travel locally to various project sites as needed
- Plan, organize, and direct the work of the job crew employees on a daily basis
- Hire and direct the training of employees as needed, as well as discharge employees in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain familiarity with plans, specifications, and job folder contract scope
- Attend coordination meetings as required and provide necessary information
- Monitor and document the progress of the job through the use of appropriate forms
- Provide assigned Lead with current and accurate information by generating RFI's, memos, and other forms of communication
- Monitor and direct work performed by the crew
- Communicate company policies and procedures to the job crew
- Apply knowledge of National Electrical Codes as needed
- Order daily materials as needed and follow up at the end of each workday
- Monitor and manage tool control for the job site
- Ensure the job site is properly cleaned up at the end of each workday
- Ensure compliance with all job safety standards established by company and all regulatory agencies monitor and track employee work time as necessary, as well as approve work time as
