Job Description:
JSI Store Fixtures is seeking a dynamic and experienced National Account Manager to join our team. As a National Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and leading the sales efforts on a national scale.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain sales through existing and new accounts that will generate revenues and profits for the company.
- Develop and maintain relationships at all levels of customer and prospect organizations through sales calls, phone calls, email and other types of correspondence. Entertain customers and prospects whenever possible.
- Provide outstanding customer support and service that will differentiate our company from our competitors.
- Utilize existing information and/or research new information in order to promote sales of JSI Store Fixtures and accessories.
- Maintain clear and direct lines of communication throughout the organization to meet customer requirements.
- Perform pre- and post-delivery follow-up with each and every customer.
- Assist in training and/or interacting with team members to help meet established goals and standards.
- Track and update all sales activities in salesforce.com database.
- Submit timely expense reports and other necessary paperwork.
- Other duties & accounts may be assigned on an as-needed basis.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains a safe work environment, especially while traveling.
- Follows procedures as detailed in the Company Handbook and in other documents.
- Demonstrates a highly professional and “winning” attitude when approaching existing and potentially new customers.
- Displays an awareness and ability to maximize the utilization of materials and to minimize waste of materials.
- Displays a sense of urgency towards completing assigned tasks.
- Assists in moving projects through the sales process by interacting with the Director of Customer Services, the Engineering Department, the Estimating Department and the Production Departments.
- Assures the quality of work produced is acceptable to company standards and customer specifications.
- Identifies and implements solutions to customer problems as expeditiously as possible.
- Develops and maintains accurate documentation to support all selling functions.
- Behaves responsibility and ethically when entertaining and socializing with customers and prospects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent sales experience.
- Must be self-motivated and capable of working without constant supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret job orders and understand specifications.
- Possess strong organizational skills.
- Have extensive knowledge of materials and processes that relate to the company’s products.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Capable of learning new skills as needed.
- Committed to learning and growing.
Job Relationships:
- Reports directly to the Vice President of Business Development
