Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fiber Network Design Engineer to join our team. As an OSP Resident, you will be responsible for overseeing fiber-to-the-premise (FTTP) projects, staking outside plant (OSP) projects based on engineering designs, and accurately documenting existing measurements and proposed placements.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee fiber-to-the-premise (FTTP) projects.
- Stake outside plant (OSP) projects based on engineering designs.
- Accurately document existing measurements and proposed placements.
- Work alongside clients and contractors to ensure project success.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience/knowledge of OSP Telecom Construction/Engineering is desired.
- Working knowledge of RUS practices and terminology is desired.
