Job Summary:

As the General Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of the hotel’s daily operations, ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences. Your leadership will set the tone for our team’s success, and your strategic direction will drive our financial growth. From managing operations to mentoring staff, this role is perfect for an experienced hospitality professional ready to take on a key leadership position and make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations while maintaining the high standards that Courtyard by Marriott and JSK Hospitality are known for.
• Develop and execute strategic plans that align with business objectives and elevate performance.
• Lead, inspire, and coach a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve hotel goals.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls, to meet revenue goals.
• Foster a positive workplace culture, focusing on team development, morale, and professional growth.
• Analyze guest feedback to continually improve and ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5 years of hotel management experience, ideally in upscale or branded properties.
• Proven expertise in catering, restaurant, and fine dining management.
• Strong leadership skills with a history of managing, developing, and motivating teams.
• Experience in recruitment, training, and retaining top talent.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including supervising and managing assistant roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests, staff, and partners.
• A degree in Hospitality Management (or related field) is a plus, but we value experience above all.
