Location : Chicago, IL
Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Building supervisor to oversee building maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of a metal fabrication manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and infrastructure, along with leadership skills to manage a maintenance team.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary : $75K – $90K overtime eligibility
- Quarterly bonus based on productivity, quality, and output
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
- 1st shift role
