Job Description :
JSL is searching for a highly motivated Instructional Coordinator to support the Nato Sea Sparrow Program by assisting with planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of manpower, personnel, and training (MP&T) technical products and services directed toward maintaining and improving fleet readiness. This support will extend to the program and it's stakeholders. Also, this position will provide Training Support Agent (TSA) support services that include the following :
- Organize and lead the Logistics Technical Interchange Meeting (TIM) in support of program training requirements.
- Assist with the development of Manpower Estimate Reports (MER).
- Develop, maintain, review, and update Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA), Training Front End Analysis (FEA) and Navy Training System Plan (NTSP).
- Develop, maintain, review, and update Job Qualifications Requirements (JQR) / Personnel Qualification Standards (PQS).
- Develop training materials, technical development, and updates utilizing Authoring Instructional Material I (AIM I), Authoring Instructional Material II (AIM II), and Authorizing Instructional Material (AIM) Learning Object Module (LOM) / Content Planning Module (CPM) software. Utilize AIM to develop Lesson Plans and trainee Guides (student materials), including Outline Sheets, Information Sheets, Diagram Sheets, Job Sheets, Assignment Sheets, and Problem Sheets, as required. Develop Testing Plan(s), Performance Test Administrator's guide(s) (PTAG) Knowledge Test Administrators Guide(s) (KTAG) as required, and a cross-reference list of test items and related learning objectives.
- Curriculum Development / Maintenance and Transition from AIM I and AIM to AIM LOM.
- Collaborate and coordinate development / revisions of the documents with the Fleet, Training Commands (Surface Combat Systems Training Command), training managers, NSWC PHD Technical and Integrated Product Support (IPS) codes, and other assigned points of contact.
- Develop and maintain Training Installation Transfer Agreement (TITA) Phases I, II, and III including developing and maintaining each of the PH I, II, and III documents (CDRL A018).
- Review Training Materials (curricula, instructional material, Surface Training Advanced Virtual Environment (STAVE) including Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI), Interactive Courseware (ICW), Virtual Reality (VR) / Augmented Reality (AR) lessons / modules, and Interactive Support System (ISS) software content deliveries for fit / format / function.)
- participation in meetings and training events.
- Be familiar with the following : Manpower Estimate Reports (MER), Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA), Planning, Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Maintenance (PADDIE-M), and Navy Training System Plan (NTSP).
- Develop and maintain a variety of reports, charts, and graphs utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Coordinate with training managers for all requirements to support external traveler
- Review Ship Change Documents (SCD) and engineering change proposals (ECP) curriculum and training delivery methodology change requests from various sources to determine a development / maintenance / correction plan.
