We currently have an open opportunity for a receptionist on our West Bloomfield campus.
Position Overview: Are you an organized multitasker who has 1-2 years of customer service experience? We would love to hear from you! We are looking for candidates who are outgoing, compassionate and motivated to help others.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone
- Filing, typing correspondence, creating forms
- Processing incoming mail
- Ensuring that all individuals entering building are authorized and sign in/out
- Notify maintenance staff when their services are necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills -speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds professionally to questions
- Writes clearly and informatively
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks with interruptions
- Strong customer service aptitude- remaining courteous with residents and all visitors
- Genuinely enjoys the company of older adults!
- Proficient in Microsoft office including Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED
Hours: 9 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday.
