Part-Time MSP IT Support Engineer (Greenwich, CT – Hybrid)
We are seeking a skilled MSP IT Engineer to join our team on a part-time basis for an initial 3-month contract , with the potential for a full-time 1099 transition . In this role, you'll provide IT support to end users, collaborate closely with our internal engineering team, and have opportunities for hands-on work with cutting-edge security and IT management tools.
While this role is primarily remote , the ideal candidate should be available to work from our Greenwich, CT office on occasion , as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support and troubleshooting for end users in a managed services environment.
- Configure and manage IT systems, security tools, and integrations.
- Work closely with our internal engineering team to optimize infrastructure and workflows.
