Responsibilities
* Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment.
* Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
* Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately.
* Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks as needed.
* Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning.
Experience
* Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
* Familiarity with hand tools and basic power tools is advantageous.
* Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
* Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
* Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
