NET and C# - API/SQL Server DB - Senior Developer
Qualifications
• BS degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience required
• 12 years of current experience in Software Development
• Experience with one or more object-oriented programming language, e.g. C#, .NET Core, SQL, etc.
• Knowledge of database systems including Oracle and SQL Server
• Strong PL\SQL or stored procedure experience
• Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively and confidently communicate with users, team members, and management
• Ability to develop effective internal/external working relationships with both business units and vendors
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric
Experience with the following would be a plus:
• Microsoft Fabric experience is plus
• Application Lifecycle Management techniques and concepts
• Experience with investments or securities
• Ability to work with Agile methodologies in a fast paced environment
• Experience with one or more object-oriented programming language C#
• Test Driven Development, Entity Framework, MVC
• TFS/Bit bucket source control tool
• Autosys job management experience
• JIRA experience for Agile Projects
• Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery (CICD) tools such as Jenkins and automated processes
• API management software like Apigee or equivalent
