Exclusive Cigar Bar Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to serve as the manager of our exclusive cigar bar. As the manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the cigar bar's operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and ambiance. Your role will encompass both managerial and hands-on responsibilities, requiring strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering an unparalleled experience to our clientele.

Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:

Manage day-to-day operations of the cigar bar, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Customer Service Excellence:

Uphold a standard of excellence in customer service, ensuring that guests receive personalized attention and assistance with cigar selection and pairing options.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise a team of knowledgeable and courteous staff members. Provide ongoing coaching and support to foster a positive work environment and maximize employee performance.

Inventory Management:

Maintain an extensive selection of premium cigars, accessories, and beverages, ensuring optimal inventory levels and rotation to meet customer preferences.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure the quality and freshness of cigars, beverages, and other products offered at the bar. Implement quality control measures to uphold our reputation for excellence.

Marketing and Promotion:

Develop and execute strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Coordinate special events, tastings, and promotions to enhance the bar's visibility and reputation.

Financial Management:

Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability. Implement cost-control measures and identify opportunities for revenue growth.

Ambiance and Atmosphere:

Create and maintain a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere that reflects the sophistication and exclusivity of the cigar bar. Pay attention to details such as décor, lighting, and music to enhance the overall experience for guests.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing the sale and consumption of tobacco and alcohol products.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-end cigar bar or similar establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of premium cigars, tobacco products, and beverage pairings.
• Proficient in inventory control and management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Proven track record of driving sales and profitability. Attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
