Apartment Leasing Professional
JT Solution Partners is very excited to work with you. We are looking for a great leasing professional to jump in and join the team. We look forward to hearing from you.
All candidates must have minimum of 6 months experience we have an amazing community here in Seattle Washington, looking for someone to come in and assist them with the recertification.
Qualifications
At least 1 years’ experience level or above within the property management industry;
Working knowledge of principles and practices of property management record keeping with an understanding of resident ledger analysis.
Working knowledge of 3-day notice procedures and strong collections experience required.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft software such as Excel, Word.
Property Management Software; proficiency with Real page Google Suites Software system is highly desirable but not required.
The ability to develop a sense of community amongst staff and residents.
Model adherence to federal and state Equal Employment and Equal/Fair Housing Opportunity requirements.
Strong ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, including excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
The ability to complete tasks thoroughly and accurately without constant supervision, and demonstrate positive leadership skills.
