What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Supervisor Autism Program position at JtC Ausm?

We are currently seeking a compassionate and professional individual to join our team as a Program Supervisor. In this leadership role, you will manage a caseload for clients, provide family education and support, oversee team leads and direct providers, and more. You will also collaborate with other supervisors and the leadership team to ensure comprehensive support for the program.

Required for this position
- Masters Degree in a related field (Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, LMFT)
- Relevant hands-on experience working with children with disabilities
The following are the roles of the Supervisor:
- Provide Manage a Caseload of 12-15 clients
- Provide Family education/support
- Manage care coordination services for their clients
- Overlook assigned Team lead and Direct providers
- Work well with the other Supervisors of the Program and others in the leadership team to provide support to the whole program
- Provide clinical support and coaching to team leads and direct support staff
- Coordinate services for the clients
- Oversee the goal progress of assigned clients
- Create treatment plans for the clients
The Supervisor would be required to work 3 days in person and 2 days remote.
Locations:
Our services extend to Scott County, Hennepin County, and Anoka County, Minnesota. We operate centers in St.Louis Park, Burnsville, and New Brighton.

Schedule: Monday through Friday open availability from 8 am - 8 pm. Please note it will not be a 12-hour shift, we just ask that you have availability between those times.

The Salary is determined based on Educational background and relevant experience.
