Location : On-Site 2-3 days / week supporting BOTH McLean and Pentagon office locations
Position Description :
JTEC is hiring a DOD Financial Analyst to support our work on the ADVANA advancing analytics platform. This position requires experience supporting change management strategy for DOD financial management and analysis. A current security clearance is required for consideration. Qualified candidates will have demonstrated prior expertise as a Financial Management Analyst in a DoD environment.
Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :
- Work as part of a collaborative team supporting financial management analytics initiatives
- Support a client-facing role working with financial data and processes to understand their financial management needs, generate product roadmaps, and provide tailored solutions supporting stakeholders' requirements
- Develop and implement change management strategy to support user adoption of analytical tools for analytical product portfolio
- Support development team and end users implementing for business intelligence dashboards
- Develop and deliver PowerPoint presentations and facilitate meetings
- Conduct analysis of applications and user needs and provide input for efficient and effective solutions for application changes
- Develop training materials and support end-user training for adoption of analytics tools
- Support improved engagement with directorate offices to deliver effective change management for tools adoption and reduce manual workload through use of analytics tools
- Support product owners and product teams with regular meetings, demonstrations, and other initiatives, as requested
- Support hybrid schedule on-site 2-3 days / week at both McLean and Pentagon offices
Education and qualifications :
Expertise supporting DOD financial accounting systems and transactional activities for general ledgers and reconciliations

JTEC offers competitive compensation and benefits to all employees. Salary ranges are advertised based on good faith estimates at the time of posting and indicating pay that JTEC anticipates for successful applicants. The estimated salary range displayed in this posting is dependent upon position requirements, individual qualifications, education, experience, location, and other job related factors. Our recruiting team will review candidates' related experience during the evaluation process and align those criteria with candidates' desired salary. All qualified candidates will be considered.
Pay Range : $155,000 - $170,000 per year
