Description
Change Manager that is a highly skilled and dynamic financial management analyst to fill a client-facing role to manage and optimize financial processes to support the FM Analytics Portfolio's Budget Analytics team.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand financial management needs, develop product roadmaps, and implement tailored solutions.
- Partner with development teams to translate requirements into products that leverage financial data, identify trends, and produce visually compelling reports and dashboards.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining dashboards / analytics, offering guidance to developers and supporting end-users.
- Support change management initiatives, developing strategies that encourage user adoption of analytic tools and aligning objectives with development priorities.
- Conduct application analyses to identify improvements, suggest efficiencies, and guide development teams in meeting community needs.
- Develop training materials and conduct end-user sessions to promote analytic tool adoption.
- Align goals and objectives across analytical products and portfolios.
