Position Description:
JTEC Consulting is hiring a Knowledge Manager to manage strategic knowledge for intelligence and cyber capabilities. Qualified candidates will have prior related experience with document management control and records management. This position requires current security access to be considered.
Role and responsibilities include:
- Work as part of a collaborative team developing and enhancing Knowledge Management practices in a Digital Engineering Environment
- Provide ongoing monitoring and metrics for assessments aligned to KM program goals
- Advise KM team regarding waivers and exceptions to plans
- Support conflict resolution between reference materials and training
- Apply KM standards to identify and recommend areas for improvement to support continual process improvements
- Supporting ongoing development and implementation for document management policies and procedures
- Maintain current with industry best practices
- Provide onsite support
Requirements include:
- U.S. citizenship
- Current TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Library Science, Knowledge Management, or related discipline
- 9 years of related experience supporting Knowledge Management for a DoD or IC customer including
- 5 years of experience developing policies, procedures, and governance for document management controls
- Experience developing and enahancing KM processes
- Experience monitoring KM practices and applying measurements for KM metrics to meet program goals
- Experience interacting with team members to ensure application of KM practices aligns with program policies
- Experience developing and delivering presentations for KM related areas
- Effective written and verbal English communication skills to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
- Experience working in a blended government and contractor team environment and interacting with technical and non-technical team members
- Availability to work on-site daily
