- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Experience with ERP systems, supplier relationship management, and other relevant tools and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
