Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Project Leadership:
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale industrial electrical engineering and construction projects.
- Define project goals, key milestones, and success metrics in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Drive decision-making and problem-solving for critical project challenges.
- Program and Portfolio Management:
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring resource optimization and alignment with company priorities.
- Develop long-term strategies for project portfolios, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Executive-Level Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and key clients.
- Prepare and deliver high-level project updates, financial reports, and risk assessments to company leadership and external stakeholders.
- Team Development and Mentorship:
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to project managers, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and accountability.
- Risk and Quality Management:

- Ensure all projects meet or exceed quality, safety, and compliance standards, including NEC, IEEE, and OSHA requirements.

- Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of sophisticated industrial electrical systems, including power distribution, automation, and control systems.
- Drive innovation and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies to enhance project outcomes.
- Financial Oversight:
- Manage project budgets exceeding $10M, ensuring financial discipline and alignment with profitability goals.
- Conduct financial forecasting, cost control, and contract negotiations with vendors and subcontractors.
- Stakeholder and Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies, industry partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, including at least 5 years managing large-scale industrial electrical engineering and construction projects.
- Proven success in managing complex projects in industries such as manufacturing, energy, or heavy industrial.
- Certifications: PMP certification required; additional certifications such as PE (Professional Engineer), LEED AP, or Six Sigma are highly desirable.
- Technical Skills:
- Deep expertise in industrial electrical systems, including medium- and high-voltage power distribution, automation, and instrumentation.
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and financial management tools.
- Leadership Skills:

- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Work Environment:
- Primarily office-based with regular site visits to industrial facilities.
