JTS Direct is seeking hard-working, motivated individuals to join our team of skilled print professionals working on our printing presses.
No experience? No problem! We are ready and willing to teach candidates the skills needed to succeed in our skilled trade, and will provide you with numerous opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge.
We are looking for Press Helpers that will assist our Pressmen with the operation of the printing presses. The Press Helpers will collate printed product at the end of the press once printed, track the usage of paper consumption, prep the machines for the next jobs by setting up the correct paper based on customer orders, perform preventative maintenance tasks as needed, and more!
Our ideal candidate has basic math and computer skills, is mechanically inclined, likes working hands-on, and has problem solving skills. No previous press/printing experience is required for this position, but previous experience would be a plus!
Our Press crew works 3 days on, 4 days off; 4 days on, 3 days off. These work days are 12-hour shifts (day shift: 7am-7pm, night shift: 7pm-7am) and there is flexibility if needed to accommodate other schedules/times.
