This role ensures the seamless execution of inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer support. Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management & Fulfillment:
- Process customer orders with precision, ensuring accurate product codes, quantities, and shipping details.
- Prepare and oversee shipments, including packaging, labeling, and coordinating logistics for timely delivery.
- Inventory Oversight:
- Manage inventory for cranial plating products and tissue banks, tracking lot numbers, and addressing stock discrepancies.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Accounts & Financial Coordination:
- Match invoices to purchase orders and handle accounts receivable duties.
- Process weekly checks and payments, ensuring accurate recording and reporting.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement streamlined processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Customer & Team Support:
- Route and escalate customer issues appropriately, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with hospitals, sales representatives, and clinics to schedule surgical cases and maintain up-to-date surgical calendars.
- Retrieve and track previous surgical records as needed.
- Office Management:
- Maintain the general upkeep of the office, including scheduling routine maintenance and inspections.
- Manage communications for office updates or closures, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
