Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating construction projects from conception to completion.
Duties:
- Coordinate and oversee all construction projects
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review and interpret project plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits and inspections
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders
Experience:
- Proven experience in construction management
- Strong time management skills
- Proficiency in project coordination
- Familiarity with ProCore, Primavera, Bluebeam, Civil 3D
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
- Experience in construction estimating and project scheduling
