What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sushi Chef position at Ju Hachi Restaurant?
Ju Hachi Restaurant is located in the heart of Sacramento, CA. We are looking for passionate Sushi Chefs to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable. Sushi chef responsibilities include handling a very wide range of raw fish and other ingredients as well as have an understanding of maki rolls, nigiri and sashimi.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have at least 1 full year of experience as a sushi chef
- Must have valid California Food Handlers Card
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
- Must be available to work nights/weekends/holidays
