- Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems, ensuring all documents are easily accessible.
- Oversee the company's CRM system, including data entry, invoice management, and maintaining accurate client records.
- Assist with procurement processes by preparing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and managing vendor relationships.
- Facilitate the acquisition of city permits for construction projects, ensuring adherence to local regulations and codes.
- Provide administrative support to field staff, including preparing project documentation and updating project schedules.
- Handle post-sale client communication, including managing Social Media reviews, sending thank-you cards to customers, and addressing any post-sale inquiries or concerns. Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, such as maintaining employee records and coordinating recruitment activities.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including confidentiality standards and data security protocols.
