Seeking a motivated, self-starter to join the IT Enablement ERP Systems team, as an ERP Systems Design Specialist for SAP Product Costing and Controlling. This role will support the ERP Systems, Design Owners during our SAP S/4HANA and FIORI upgrade from version 2020 to 2023.
- The ERP Systems Design Specialist is responsible for supporting the ERP Systems Design Owner to ensure the integrity and sustainability of FMC’s SAP System Design for Product Costing, Controlling and related integrations.
- The ERP Systems Design Specialist is proficient in SAP S/4HANA and FIORI solution design for Product Costing and will be responsible for researching and communicating impacts of upgrade to current solution design.
The Design Specialist will need to be comfortable working closely with Global Process Owners, Project Management and various cross functional leads, to develop solution design requirements; introduce new or enhance existing enterprise systems design; while ensuring the integrity, scalability and sustainability of recommended solution.
This role is responsible for supporting design, testing strategy, acceptance criteria, risk management, training, and transition to IT and Functional COE’s. Should be comfortable working Globally, on Localization matters.
Qualifications:
- Minimum six years’ experience working with SAP Finance modules, experience with S/4 HANA is a must.
- Experience in at least one full life cycle SAP project implementation
- Expert in SAP Product Costing (SAP-PC) and proficient in Controlling (FI-CO), costing component structure, MasterData, Bills of Material, special procurement keys, Costing variants and cost estimates; Material Ledger (ML), Cost Center Accounting, Budgeting, and forecasting.
- Business Process understanding of cost accounting, management accounting and financial analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with integrated business processes i.e., Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procurement, Integrated Planning, Make to Deploy, etc.
- Strong capability in translating business requirements into solution concepts and reporting outputs.
- Experience working on projects requiring adherence to governance, controls, and standard processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong bias for action and ability to deliver solutions on-time and within budget.
- Strong Understanding of Data Protection and how it impacts reporting and data access controls.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting design and integration of our global product costing components in SAP, Material Management module, Material Ledger (ML), and Production Planning (PP) platform.
- Accountable for Product Costing Controlling in SAP FI-CO which supports the business profitability analysis capabilities.
