What YOU Will Do:

• Operational Oversight:Lead Sales operations across the region, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
• Strategic Planning:Drive strategic initiatives, space/facility investments, and workflow standardization.
• Customer Focus:Enhance customer retention and service quality through innovative programs and initiatives.
• Team Leadership:Mentor and develop a team of pharmacy managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  
  
  

What YOU Will Bring:

• Nuclear Medicine Degree or Bachelor’s of Science required – MBA or advanced degree is desirable;
• Broad knowledge of the Medical Industry – Business and/or Sales and Marketing;
• 5 years experience in medical sales – radiopharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Develop and executed tactical sales plans which met or exceeded objectives;
• Efficiently close deals and achieve / exceed sales targets;;
• Strong sales negotiation, written and verbal communication skills;
