What are the responsibilities and job description for the farm hand/manager position at Jubilee Farm?
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Hand to join our team. Must be self motivated and able to work independently. This position could develope into a farm manager position for the right person. The schedule is flexible and could eventually turn into a full time position. Agriculture experience is a plus as we would like to expand.
Duties
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including tractors
- Help with our petting zoo and pony operation
- Feeding and care of farm animals
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various farming tasks such as repairs and maintenance.
- Perform heavy lifting as required for transporting materials or equipment around the farm.
- Supervise other farm workers when necessary to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Engage in equine care if applicable, including feeding, grooming, and exercising horses.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
