We specialize in weddings but also coordinate a variety of events, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully executed. We’re growing our team and looking for experienced Wedding & Event Coordinators to help bring our clients’ visions to life! We also love to train the right people even if you don't have experience.

Responsibilities
- Oversee event logistics from setup to breakdown, ensuring a seamless experience for clients
- Execute wedding and event timelines, coordinating vendors, wedding parties, and guests
- Troubleshoot and handle any unexpected challenges with professionalism and grace
- Communicate with clients to provide support and reassurance throughout the planning process
- Manage decor setup and teardown in line with the client’s vision
- Ensure all event-day details are handled efficiently and according to plan
What We’re Looking For
Experience in wedding or event coordination (preferred, but not required)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Calm under pressure and quick on your feet
Weekend availability is a must
Reliable transportation
