Responsibilities:
- Answer questions and take sales orders for motor-vehicle parts in person, over the phone and via email
- Service mechanics and customers by ordering parts, maintaining stock, searching information in catalogs and on computer databases
- Utilize dealership software and systems to document service history and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Punctuality! The most valuable and important trait is to be at work on time!
- High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in the automotive dealership environment is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- Ability to use computer systems and software.
- Familiarity with document management and invoicing processes.
