Armstrong Comfort Solutions is a leading HVAC, plumbing and electrical services provider specializing in residential and commercial solutions. Due to retirement, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary President to lead our organization in driving growth while optimizing operational performance.
The President will be responsible for executing a service and growth-focused strategy. This individual will identify and evaluate opportunities that align with the company’s vision, while ensuring seamless integration and sustainable profitability. The President will provide strong leadership, foster a high-performance culture, and drive strategic expansion to increase market share and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy aligned with company growth objectives and identify/evaluate opportunities to expand market reach and capabilities.
- Partner with Controller to assess financial opportunities and enhancements to operations
- Set and manage financial performance targets, including revenue growth and cost control.
- Cultivate a results-driven, high-performance culture focused on growth and innovation. Use metrics to drive both business decisions and accountability for meeting and exceeding goals.
- Identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities in the HVAC, plumbing and electrical industries.
- Lead branding and marketing initiatives to support business growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven record leading growth as a President, CEO, COO, or senior executive required. Experience in HVAC, mechanical services, or related industry preferred.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and driving growth.
- Demonstrated ability to scale businesses through operational excellence.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic and analytical approach to growth.
