Job Overview
This role involves working in our Jefferson County Day Program, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
As a Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing individualized support, promoting independence, and encouraging personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing tailored support to individuals/groups to help them achieve their goals and objectives.
- Maintaining professional relationships with clients, families, community members, and colleagues.
- Taking daily data and writing log notes to document progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Working collaboratively as part of a dynamic and supportive team.
