We are hiring a Full Time Direct Support Professional in our Jefferson County Day Program located in Barnhart, MO.

DSP's provide supports to adults with autism and / or developmental or intellectual disabilities so that they can become as independent as possible both at home, work and in the community.

In this role, Direct Support Professionals will :

  • Provide individualized support to individuals / groups.
  • Help people reach for their dreams and accomplish their goals.
  • Take daily data and write daily log notes documenting goals and objectives
  • Maintain professional relationships with individuals, families, community members, and other staff.
  • Be a part of a dynamic and supportive team in a growing organization full of opportunities.
  • Support each person on an individualized basis and help them live their best life!

Pay is $18,50 per hour.

We are looking for Direct Support Professionals who :

  • Can work both independently and in a team setting.
  • Like to show up for work every day with a positive attitude and ready to tackle the day's adventure.
  • Are at least 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Are dependable, have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Are willing to work evenings and weekends.

    • We do complete background screenings with the Missouri Family Care Safety Registry.

    Compensation details : 18.5-18.5 Hourly Wage
