2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor
Location : Bellaire, Texas
Summary :
Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor oversees a team of 8-12 direct reports.
Responsibilities Include :
- Performing preventative maintenance on all blow molding machines and assembly line equipment.
- Keeping machines and production equipment in excellent operating condition to meet production demands.
- Maintaining a high sense of urgency.
- Utilizing a strong background in production machine and equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Conducting troubleshooting, repairing, and preventative maintenance on industrial electrical systems.
- Reporting to both the Maintenance Manager and Plant Manager.
- Collaborating as a team player in an environment focused on continuous improvement.
- Enforcing all safety and company policies.
- Applying an analytical and systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrating strong hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical skills.
- Maintaining an open-minded, can-do attitude.
- Adapting to a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Multi-tasking and working with minimal supervision.
