The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Judge Direct Placement and lead the development and execution of electrical projects surrounding capital equipment.
Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement comprehensive project management plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- To manage and coordinate project teams, fostering open communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- To evaluate project economics and develop AFEs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- To oversee the MOC process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- To determine project development and execution strategies, leveraging expertise in contracting plans, material management plans, and integrated project schedules.
- To utilize the capital deployment process for project development and execution, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- To manage and forecast project costs, ensuring accurate financial planning and reporting.
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on electrical projects surrounding capital equipment.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to desired quality standards.
- Strong technical knowledge of high voltage/power systems in the electrical realm.
- Engineer in training certificate or professional engineering license, or equivalent experience.
