- The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, with knowledge of lean manufacturing and project management processes.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Plastic & Polymer is preferred, and 3-5 years' experience in operations is required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze processes and equipment to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement procedures for reliable equipment operation and process stability.
- Improve operational and technical capabilities to achieve business goals.
- Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives.
- Define, communicate, and specify expectations for quality and operations teams.
- Evaluate vendor qualifications and justify capital improvements and upgrades.
- Ensure all projects include risk analysis and contingency planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Plastic & Polymer (preferred).
- 3-5 years' experience in operations.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and project management processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
