About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at QUAD, a SolomonEdwards Company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to the material production line, including machinery operation, analysis and implementation of process equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline and 3-5 years manufacturing or material production experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the development and maintenance of mainline and slitter process targets and product control limits
- Performing output data process deviations and targets/variations shifts evaluations
- Troubleshooting and responding to process and quality issues
- Coordinating continuous improvement initiatives development, support and implementation
- Providing equipment processes and qualifications coordination and support
The Process Engineer will also be responsible for collaborating with Quality Assurance on quality concerns and issues investigations and resolution.
A strong background in engineering and manufacturing theory, as well as manufacturing lines knowledge is essential for this role.
