JDP is seeking a Logistics Supervisor for a major Food manufacturing company located near Sioux City, Iowa.
Salary is $75k to 80k with a 10% bonus

Responsibilities:
- Communicates with other supervisors on day-to-day operational activities
- Conducts safety audits and daily safety reviews
- Reviews daily manpower and production requirements and adjusts when needed
- Monitors loading dock policies and procedures
- Conducts order selection audits and letdown accuracy
- Ensures that production has the right amount of shipping materials
- Observes all inventory levels
- Reviews productivity and issues corrective action when needed
- Trains and develops hourly employees
Qualifications:
- Must have distribution experience and management training experience
- Must be an effective communicator in both written and oral form
- Prior leadership experience is a plus
- Must be flexible to work any hours or days (including weekends)
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment
- Might be required to complete skills and ability testing
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
