- Communicate effectively with supervisors and operators to ensure knowledge is shared across shifts.
- Identify equipment, ingredient, and packaging issues and work with departments to resolve them.
- Maintain areas in compliance with sanitation regulations.
- Develop and implement coaching, counseling, conflict resolution, and training programs for employees.
- Ensure areas meet 5S requirements.
