What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Supervisor position at Judge Direct Placement?
A growing food company located in Charlotte, NC is currently searching for a Production Supervisor with food manufacturing experience.
In return, the company offers a good starting salary, excellent benefits and relocation if needed
Salary range for this position is $65-75k plus 10% quarterly bonus plus 5th and 6th day pay if working
This is a 3rd shift position from 6pm to 6am. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights.
5th and 6th day working is possible and the salary for working those days is outstanding.
Qualifications & Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in food manufacturing production Required
- 2 years production supervisor experience Required
- Baked goods is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
