Title : ERP Project Manager- SAP
Location : Cinnaminson, NJ
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
- This is a full time, direct hire role
Key Responsibilities :
Process Optimization & ERP Integration : Analyze and improve manufacturing processes; collaborate with the ERP team.
Requirements Gathering & System Design : Gather business requirements from end-users; communicate with the ERP team.
ERP System Testing : Develop and execute test plans; coordinate user acceptance testing.
Training & User Adoption : Create training materials; conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support.
Change Management : Lead change management efforts; communicate system changes to stakeholders.
Data & Reporting Management : Manage system configuration, master data, and reporting for manufacturing operations.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree required.
7-10 years of experience in manufacturing
Minimum 5 years of on-site manufacturing or distribution experience.
Strong experience with ERP systems in manufacturing and warehouse environments - SAP highly preferred
ERP implementation / launch experience is highly desirable - SAP
Cross-functional experience in Manufacturing & Supply Chain
Experience in Job Shop or Discrete Manufacturing environments preferred
