The Judge Group is seeking an ERP Project Manager – SAP for a manufacturing company in the Cherry Hill, NJ area

Title : ERP Project Manager- SAP

Location : Cherry Hill, NJ

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000

  • This is a full time, direct hire role

Key Responsibilities :

  • Process Optimization & ERP Integration : Analyze and improve manufacturing processes; collaborate with the ERP team.
  • Requirements Gathering & System Design : Gather business requirements from end-users; communicate with the ERP team.
  • ERP System Testing : Develop and execute test plans; coordinate user acceptance testing.
  • Training & User Adoption : Create training materials; conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support.
  • Change Management : Lead change management efforts; communicate system changes to stakeholders.
  • Data & Reporting Management : Manage system configuration, master data, and reporting for manufacturing operations.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing
  • Minimum 5 years of on-site manufacturing or distribution experience.
  • Strong experience with ERP systems in manufacturing and warehouse environments - SAP highly preferred
  • ERP implementation / launch experience is highly desirable - SAP
  • Cross-functional experience in Manufacturing & Supply Chain
  • Experience in Job Shop or Discrete Manufacturing environments preferred
