Job Description:
This is a deskside support role, which will involve software troubleshooting (e.g., MS Office, various investment applications). This individual will work closely with users, mostly in-person (true deskside support).

Responsibilities:
- Provide strong Windows support experience/skills.
- Participate in a Windows 10 to 11 upgrade in the near future.
- Handle approximately 10 tickets per day.
- Utilize Citrix VDI experience/familiarity.
- Focus on software troubleshooting, not hardware support (no building PCs, installing software, or hardware support).
Requirements:
- 2-3 years or more of relevant experience.
- Strong user/customer-facing skills.
- Windows 10 experience.
- Citrix experience.
- Virtual Machine support experience.
- Large Enterprise background experience.
- MS Teams experience.
- Troubleshooting skills to find root causes and solutions.
- Windows 11 experience.
Nice to Have:
- PowerShell scripting.
- Mobile support experience.
- Mac OS support experience.
Work Hours:
- Standard 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
- No on-call responsibilities.
